The first week of eclipse season was as turbulent as it was fulfilling, almost as if the turbulence was for the single purpose of unearthing signs to a beautiful transcendence. I got to host a Hot Literati event in DC and meet new and amazing people. It was nerve wracking, and in the style of every event to ever happen, everything that could have gone wrong leading up to it did with extreme prejudice. However, it was all necessary to arrive at the version of the event that was perfect.
And with that, I bid adieu to a wonderful summer and welcome in a fall of possibilities - in love and in community ✨
