we host intimate events both online and in person, curating experiences that span from book and film clubs to underground parties, philosophical salons, dating events, and cultural gatherings. each event is designed to foster genuine connection and intellectual curiosity in equal measure.
origins
hot literati was founded by hailey denise colborn aka hailo in 2022 after she graduated from princeton with a bachelors in english. emerging from the ivory tower, she craved a modern intellectual space that could hold both rigorous thought and artistic appreciation, as well as contemporary pursuits like kissing, partying, and the full spectrum of human experience. what began as a personal quest became a movement.
