Hot Literati for your AI

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Muse or any AI app to your Hot Literati account. Ask it what you’re reading, get book picks, plan a trip with friends, or keep your projects and calendar moving.

Set it up

Use this address. Your AI will ask you to sign in to Hot Literati and approve it. You need a Hot Literati account, free or paid.

Claude. Settings, then Connectors. Find Hot Literati in the directory, or pick Add custom connector and paste the address. Sign in to Hot Literati and tap Allow.

ChatGPT. Settings, then Apps and Connectors, then Create. Name it Hot Literati, paste the address and pick OAuth. Sign in and tap Allow.

Muse. Settings, then Connectors, then add a custom connector with the address. Sign in and tap Allow.

Any other AI. Add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with the address. It signs in with OAuth 2.1.

What it can change, when you ask

Update reading progressSets how far you are in a book.

Save or unsave a WorldSaves a World to your list.

Start a plan, Add to a plan, Check off an itemChanges plans you’re on. Everyone on the plan sees it.

Update plan notesAdds to a plan’s notes, or replaces them only when you ask.

Add to my calendar, Change an event, Delete an eventChanges only your own calendar events, when you ask.

Privacy and security

Your AI only reaches your own account and the plans you’re on. It can’t see your password or payment details, post anything publicly, message anyone, or spend money. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1, and you approve each app on a Hot Literati page. Each member is limited to 60 requests a minute.

To disconnect, go to Connect your AI and tap Disconnect, or remove the connector in your AI app. Access stops right away. Read the privacy policy.

For IT admins

Remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP at https://mcp.hotliterati.com/mcp/reader. OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE; protected resource metadata at mcp.hotliterati.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. Every tool carries a title and read-only or destructive annotations. A read-only surface is available. Tool list and limits: mcp.hotliterati.com/connector.json.
