Beethoven wrote this tune for his Ninth Symphony in 1824. It moves mostly by step, so it is the perfect first melody.
Everything is on the top two strings. E is the open high E, F is its 1st fret, G its 3rd fret. C is the 1st fret of the B string, D its 3rd fret.
